Customer service is a vital part of our clinics and to us all individually.
We took the time to discuss what customer service means to us personally and then discussed what clients want from us as a Veterinary Clinic. What we discovered not only became what we believe customer service is to us, but it also became our Hospitals Philosophy.
“To treat every patient as if it was our own pet, to listen to the needs of our clients and accommodate their needs without compromising the well-being of our patients. Present a professional, friendly and approachable attitude with good communication with coworkers and clients. Continuing education/self-improvement.”
Our experienced staff is ready to accommodate your pet’s needs.
