Wheelchairs for Dogs

If your dog is unable to walk or support itself, Carleton Veterinary Services may recommend a canine wheelchair to help your dog become mobile again. Canine wheelchairs are for dogs that have suffered spinal injuries, broken or amputated legs or suffered from an illness that has left them with limited use of their legs.

Dogs come in many different shapes and sizes, so each chair needs to be custom fit for each dog. Our technicians will measure your pet for the proper wheelchair and recommend the right aluminium frame, types of  wheels and harness that will best work for your dog.
